    Exchange Policy:

    1. What if I need to replace the product Size?

    • If the size you ordered doesn’t fit you, simply
    • Pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.
    • You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address (will be provided).
    • Once we receive the product, we will send the new size (depending on the availability).      

    please note that this process may take 4-6 working days.

    2. What if I wish to exchange the product with other product(s)?

    • If you don’t like the product you ordered and wish to exchange it with other product or products, simply
    • Pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.
    • You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address (will be provided).
    • Once we receive the product, we will send the new size (depending on the availability).

    Return Policy:

    1. What if I wish to return my product?

    • If you find your product unsatisfactory and wish to get refund, simply
    •  send/courier us the product at our Lahore Office (address will be provided at the time of return filed).
    •  Once we receive the product and confirmed that the product is unused and all the tags are attached we will refund your amount.

    2.How will I get My refund?

    There are two options for refund:

    Coupon Code
    Cash Back

    • What’s Coupon Code?

    You can get the refund amount by getting a coupon code equivalent to the amount you purchased. You can later on use that coupon code to buy anything from our website.

    •  What’s Cash Back?

    If you don’t want the refund via coupon code and wish to get the money back, then we can transfer you the amount via Bank transfer or Easy Paisa. Delivery Charges of Rs 299 will be deducted from total amount.

     NOTE :

      1. Every product has a size guide in its description do read it before orders , its helps reduce size issue exchanges.
      2. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way! We recommend to send package via recognized Courier service.
      3. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
      4. In cause you want to exchange the product with a different product which have a higher price. then you must have to pay the additional amount .
      5. Delivery charges Rs 299 will be deducted from total refunded amount.
      6. We do not charge shipping cost on an exchanged order but customer have to send the products back to us on their own expense.
      7. Underwear items are non refundable / non exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.
      8. Refunds are processed with in 10-15 days of receipt of the returned Items. All the refunds are processed Through Bank deposit , easy paisa or jazz cash.
      9. Delivery Charges are non refundable.
      10. In case the items are returned owing to defect or similar problem e.g. the product not in conformity with your order etc. We are liable to exchange your item
